Bag Policy
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Bags larger than a standard backpack will not be permitted inside the festival grounds. We recommend bringing only essential items in a small bag. There are no bag storage or coat-check facilities on-site — if you bring it, you carry it.
Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry is permitted with a Gold or VIP pass only. General admission tickets are single-entry. All guests must pass through security screening each time they re-enter the festival grounds. Wristbands must be worn and visible at all times.
Accessibility
The New Blues Festival is ADA compliant. Designated accessible parking is available at the Pike Parking Garage. The festival grounds feature accessible pathways and restrooms. Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome. For additional accommodations or questions, contact us at newbluesfestival2025@gmail.com.
Pet Policy
Only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are permitted at the festival. Please leave pets at home for their safety and comfort — large crowds, loud music, and summer heat can be overwhelming and dangerous for animals.
Weather Policy
The New Blues Festival is rain or shine. In the unlikely event of severe weather, follow all instructions from festival staff and security personnel. Dress appropriately for Southern California summer conditions — lightweight, breathable clothing, sun protection, and a light layer for the ocean breeze in the evening.
Photo & Recording Policy
Personal photography and smartphone video are welcome and encouraged — tag us on social media. Professional-grade cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, monopods, and dedicated audio or video recording equipment are prohibited without media credentials. Members of the press and professional photographers should apply through our Media Form.
